Training Description

No citizen is immune to the threat of terrorism, making it essential to recognize warning signs, understand terrorist tactics, and report suspicious activity. The Terrorism Trends and Tactics course enhances situational awareness and preparedness by examining historical trends, evolving tactics, and the current state of terrorism.

Participants will explore different types of terrorism, including domestic, international, and state-sponsored threats. The course covers the NSI’s sixteen pre-operational indicators of terrorist activity, helping attendees identify potential warning signs. Additionally, discussions will highlight high-risk targets and emphasize the importance of suspicious activity reporting to prevent attacks before they occur.
